Important Jail Policies and Procedures

The visitation policies at Bond County Jail are as follows:

All visitors must register their name first. Therefore, they must communicate with their inmates to ensure their name is enlisted on the pre-approved list of visitors.
While visiting the facility, visitors must wear appropriate clothes to ensure their attire comply with the rules and regulations of the jail.
When entering the facility, all visitors must carry a valid government ID as a proof of identity.
No children are allowed to have a visitation without their parents.
Anyone with a record of felony or probation would face a denial of visitation.

Typically, a sex offender is a person who has committed a sex crime including rape, statutory rape, molestation, child pornography, and sexual abuse of a minor. Note that the search result will display the primary addresses or block of the sex offenders where they are currently living on. You have to accept a disclosure to use the database.

Bail and Bondsman

The bail money is what you have to pay to get out of jail. Usually, the bail money is 10% of the total money charged for a criminal offense. The court will review the crime and set a particular amount as fees for the offense. If you are going through financial problems, you should get help from a bail bondsman. A bail bondsman would post the bail money for you and charge a minimum of $100. In some cases, you need to pay around 10-15% of the total bail money.
