The county seat of DuPage is Wheaton, and the county seat of Will County is Joliet.  Naperville was founded in 1831 and is the fifth largest city in Illinois. As of the 2015 census the city had a population of 147,112. To experience the crown jewel of Naperville, you must walk along the Naperville River Walk. The Walk features 1.75 miles of brick paths, bridges, meeting and event places, fountains, outdoor sculpture and artwork. Naperville is also home to Millennium Carillon, one of the four largest carillons in the world. It includes 72 bronze bells. It is one of only four in the world that spans six octaves.
