Germantown Hill, Illinois is a village in Woodford County. The county seat is Eureka. Germantown Hills is the only incorporated community in the Worth Township. At the 2010 census, the village had a population of 3,438. It is largely an agricultural community but is now a growing bedroom community in the Peoria Metropolitan Area. Fueled by suburbanization in the Peoria Metropolitan Area, the population in Germantown Hills is continuing to grow.
